Plate 10 of the 1925 Bromley Atlas for the Brighton neighborhood covers an area roughly bounded by Chestnut Hill Avenue to the north; Kinross Road and Kilsyth Road to the east; the Boston City Limits to the south; and Chestnut HIll Avenue to the west. The original map is approximately 33 inches wide and 23 inches tall. The colors have been hand-brushed rather than printed. (Brick or stone buildings are red, wooden framed buildings are yellow, iron framed buildings are blue, and streets accepted by the city are colored in.) |
