Plate 9 of the 1925 Bromley Atlas for the Brighton neighborhood covers an area roughly bounded by Union Street and Mount Vernon Street to the north; Chestnut Hill Avenue to the east; Commonwealth Avenue to the south; and Foster Street to the west.

The original map is approximately 33 inches wide and 23 inches tall. The colors have been hand-brushed rather than printed. (Brick or stone buildings are red, wooden framed buildings are yellow, iron framed buildings are blue, and streets accepted by the city are colored in.)
