1925 Bromley Atlas - Brighton

This hand-colored folio-size atlas was published in 1925 by George and Walter Bromley in Philadelphia. It contains 29 lithographed plates of the Allston and Brighton neighborhoods, Harvard University's Allston campus, a street index, and an index map. Originals are extremely expensive and difficult to find - the Fine Arts Department of the Boston Public Library has a well maintained copy available for in-library use. The Boston Redevelopment Authority makes the map data available online through The Boston Atlas.
