The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Anna Lebowich as the owner of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by Jacob Lebowich, a 43-year old real estate developer from Russia. Jacob lived with his 40-year old wife Irene and their two sons: 19-year old Edward and 14-year old William. Mary Twomey, a 26-year old Irish maid, also lived here. Part of this house was rented for $110 a month to Albert Gordan, a 33-year old hotel supplies dealer. Albert lived with his 33-year old wife Esther; 7-year old sun Hubert; 2-year old son Morris; and Elise Forster, a 24-year old German maid. The building was valued at $25,000. | ||
