The 1925 City Directory lists Stephen Darcy, a laborer; Andew Lewis, a laborer; and Mrs. Bridget Riley as residents of 416 Western. John Cleary, a laborer; Thomas Cleary, a laborer; and John Joyce, a laborer, are listed as residents of 418 Western.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows H. and S. Panossian as the owners of this house.
