The 1925 City Directory lists Carl Centola, a chauffeur; and Pasquale Centola, a laborer, as residents of 412 Western. John Centola, a helper, is listed as a resident of 414 Western.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows John and P. Centola as the owners of this house.
