This brick Colonial house was built in 1940 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. A renovation was performed in 1999.

The 1924 City Directory lists Alexander Yosguds, a butcher, as a resident of the building that occupied this lot.

The 1925 City Directory lists Edward Mantey, a gardener; and Alexander Yosguds, a butcher, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Thomas Fagan as the owner of a small wood frame building that occupied this lot.
