The 1925 City Directory lists George Cahill, a partner in the Cahill Allston & Brighton Express; Mary Hotz, the widow of Samuel Hotz; and Margaret Moran, the widow of William Moran, as residents of this house. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows George Cahill as the owner of this house. |
