The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Grace Jewett as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Ernest Severone, a 31-year old school supplies salesman. Ernest lived with his 39-year old sister Louise, a registered nurse; 35-year old sister Cecilia, a physical therapist; 40-year old sister-in-law Edith; 19-year old niece Justiana; and 15-year old nurse Eugenia. The building was valued at $20,000.
