In 1930 this house was owned by Luke Wood, a 52-year old from Rhode Island who worked as a manager for a grocery company. Luke lived with his 53-year old wife Mary. Part of this house was rented for $55 a month by James Hardy, a 30-year old assistant court clerk. James lived with his 31-year old wife Jessie and their 1-year old daughter Jane. The building was valued at $12,000. |
