The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Joseph and Mary Spang as the owners of this building.

The 1925 City Directory lists Vasilis Frangowlis, a partner in Washington Lunch; William Norris, a conductor; and Thomas Walsh, a knitter, as residents of 571 Washington. Charles DeLong, a carpenter; and Leroy Sturtevant, a carpenter, are listed as residents of 573 Washington. T.E. Kiley & Son (real estate), owned by Thomas and Charles Kiley, is listed as an occupant of 573 Washington.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows E.R. and A. DeSousa as the owners of this building.
