Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by John Mangan, a 42-year old maintenance employee of the telephone company. John lived with his 33-year old wife Mary and their two sons: 5-year old John and 2-year old Thomas. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Christian Peterson, a 56-year old from Denmark who worked as an inspector for a street railroad company. Christian lived with his 52-year old wife Marie (born in Maine).
