The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists William Bridger, a car tester; Joseph Connell, an engineer; and Christian Peterson, an inspector for the Boston Elevated, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.J. and M.J. Egan as the owners of this house.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $48 a month by William Ready, an 82-year old from Canada. William lived with his 60-year old Canadian wife Mary and their two sons: 33-year old James, a railway mechanic; and 24-year old William, an ice company employee. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by John Mangan, a 42-year old maintenance employee of the telephone company. John lived with his 33-year old wife Mary and their two sons: 5-year old John and 2-year old Thomas. Another part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Christian Peterson, a 56-year old from Denmark who worked as an inspector for a street railroad company. Christian lived with his 52-year old wife Marie (born in Maine).
