The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows William Munroe as the owner of the empty lot where this building was constructed.

The 1925 City Directory lists Catherine Daley, the widow of Thomas Daley; Edward Hurrell, a bricklayer; Jeremiah Kerry, a tire maker; Edward Linnahan, a druggist; and John Russell, a barber, as residents of 465 Washington.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J. and K.S. Twomey as the owners of the empty lot this building was constructed on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Constanzo Piselli, a 39-year old truck driver from Italy. Constanzo lived in 465 Washington with his 41-year old Italian wife Lorita and their 19-year old son Laurence, a baker. 467 Washington was rented for $60 a month by James Ryan, a 51-year old Boston fireman. James lived with his 49-year old Irish wife Mary and their seven children: 29-year old William, an automobile salesman; 23-year old Francis, an automobile salesman; 20-year old John; 18-year old Robert; 14-year old Ernest; 12-year old Ralph; and 7-year old Ethel. The building was valued at $10,500.
