The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.M. Brookshaw as the owner of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by Thomas Lynch, a 55-year old Irish-born inspector for an elevated railway. Thomas lived with his 46-year old wife Appallonia and their four children: 14-year old Francis, 11-year old Margaret, 10-year old Thomas, and 8-year old Mary. The building was valued at $12,000. |
