This Colonial house was built in 1900 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 City Directory lists Percy Albee, a janitor, as a resident of 8 Waldo. William Walsh, a chauffeur, is listed as a resident of 10 Waldo.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows George Warren, et al, trustees, as the owners of this building.
