The 1925 City Directory lists Biagio Dimambro, caretaker of the Portsmouth Street playground, as a resident of 15 Union. Donato Boffo, a porter, is listed as a resident of 17 Union.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows B. Dinambro as the owner of this house.
