This multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Frank Taylor and Carrie Nesmith as the owners of the land where this house was built.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Edward Findlay as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 this house was owned by Annie Monks, a 58-year old presser for an underwear company. Annie lived with her 56-year old sister Margaret, an inspector for an underwear company; and 79-year old boarder Jeremiah Sullivan. Part of this house was rented for $47.50 a month by Martin Dowd, a 49-year old flour salesman from Ireland. Martin lived with his 47-year old wife Helen and their three children: 23-year old William, a truck driver; 20-year old Alfred, a truck driver; and 13-year old Helen. The building was valued at $10,000.
