This brick Colonial house was built in 1910 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Carrie Nesmith as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Ralph Dean as a resident of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A.P. Dean as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Ralph Dean, a 25-year old department manager for a shoe machinery company. Ralph lived with his 47-year old wife Aloefa (born in Vermont) and their two children: 20-year old Minara and 16-year old Isardener. The building was valued at $8,000.
