This brick multi-family house was built in 1915 and rises two stories to a slate roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows J.A. and L. Sullivan as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists William Townsend, a chauffeur, as a resident of 67 Turner. James Lewis, a sergeant with the Boston Police Department, is listed as a resident of 69 Turner.

In 1930 this house was owned by John Shea, a 46-year old from Ireland who worked as a police officer. John lived in 67 Turner with his 45-year old Irish wife Bridget and their four children: 22-year old Nora, a bookkeeper for an insurance company; 18-year old John; 16-year old Alice; and 6-year old Elizabeth. 69 Turner was rented for $50 a month by John Donovan, a 40-year old credit manager for a gas company. John lived with his 33-year old wife Florence; 65-year old father-in-law Thomas Hackett, a railroad employee; 22-year old sister-in-law Agnes Glennon; 8-year old son John; and 7-year old son Thomas. The building was valued at $10,000.
