This three-story multi-family house was built in 1905.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Lewis Feener as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Fred Bean, a sergeant with the Boston Police Department; Louis Feener, a teamster; Elizabeth King, a widow; Frank King, a student; and Harry King, a machinist, as residents of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Louis Feener, a 42-year old ice company employee from Canada. Louis lived with his 43-year old Irish wife Delia and their five children: 16-year old Mary, 15-year old Lillian, 13-year old Donald, 9-year old Marion, and 5-year old Vincent. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Frank McKinley, a 38-year old auto mechanic from Oregon. Frank lived with his 41-year old wife Ora and their 16-year old daughter Doris. Another part of this house was rented ofr $40 a month by Malcolm Clark, a 28-year old railroad clerk. Malcolm lived with his 23-year old wife Gladys, a telephone operator. The building was valued at $12,000.
