The 1925 City Directory lists Joseph O'Donnell, a compositor, as a resident of 14 Turner. Anna O'Neil, the widow of John O'Neil; Charles Riordan, a letter carrier; and Annie Stone, the widow of Sumner Stone, are listed as residents of 16 Turner.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows William Morrison as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Patrick Kelly, a 37-year old from Ireland who worked as a street railway motorman. Patrick lived in 14 Turner with his 37-year old Irish wife Margaret and their three children: 4-year old Mary, 2-year old Robert, and 1-year old Paul. 16 Turner was rented for $60 a month by Edward McNamara, a 60-year old from New Hampshire who worked as a purchasing agent for a shipping company. Edward lived with his 59-year old wife May (born in Wisconsin) and their four children: 30-year old William, a clerk for a steamship company; 23-year old Paul, a driver for a ship supply company; 26-year old Rosetta, a physical education teacher; and 22-year old Bertha. The building was valued at $8,000.
