In 1930, six apartments in this building were rented to the following tenants:

  • Joshua Aston, a 40-year old railroad conductor. Joshua lived with his 38-year old wife Eleanor and paid $55 a month in rent.
  • George Woods, a 28-year old auto mechanic. George lived with his 28-year old wife Cecilia, a stenographer for a shoe company. The rent was $55 a month.
  • Amos Gagosh, a 45-year old bank official from French Canada. Amos lived with his 39-year old sister Mary Norwood, a hotel waitress from French Canada. The rent was $55 a month.
  • Vincent Young, a 31-year old garage foreman. Vincent lived with his 33-year old wife Agnes and their infant daughter Mary. The rent was $55 a month.
  • George Nichols, a 54-year old from Ohio who worked for Boston's Department of Construction. George lived with his 56-year old wife Martha, a statistician in the State House. The rent was $55 a month.
  • Mary Mullaney, a 45-year old bookkeeper for a gas company. Mary lived with 29-year old Luke Taylor, a roomer from Ireland who worked as a carpenter.
