This Colonial Revival house was built in 1916, and rises two stories to an asphalt shingle roof. The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Richard Wiberg as the owner of this house. The 1925 City Directory lists Richard Wiberg as a resident of 8 Tip Top. In 1925 this house was owned by R.L. Wilberg according to the 1925 Bromley Atlas. In 1930 this house was owned by Richard Wilberg, a 69-year old retiree from Sweden. Richard lived with his three cousins: 42-year old Woodworth Draughon (born in Texas), a vacuum salesman; 40-year old Helen Draughon; and 2-year old Jean Draughon. The building was valued at $7,500. |
