This brick house was built in 1910 and rises two stories to an asphalt shingle roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Selma Williamson as the owner of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Cullen, a Boston police officer, as a resident of 21 Tip Top. Thomas Horrigan is listed as a resident of 23 Tip Top.

In 1925 this house was owned by W.J. Cullen according to the 1925 Bromley Atlas.

In 1930 this house was owned by John Cullen, a 45-year old Boston police officer from Rhode Island. John lived with his 45-year old Irish wife Winifred and their two sons: 8-year old Francis and 5-year old Joseph. Part of this house was rented for $40 a month by Harvey Denault, a 33-year old carpenter. Harvey lived with his 33-year old wife Eleanor and their two children: 7-year old Harvey and 1-year old Susanna. The building was valued at $8,000.
