The 1925 City Directory lists Francis Benson, secretary of the Exchange Trust Company; Joseph Taytasac, a clerk; and George Tewksbury, a chief clerk, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Joseph Taytassa as the owner of this house.
