The 1925 City Directory lists Henry Delaney, a carrier for the Essex station of the Post Office; and Mrs. Mary McCrohan as residents of 9 Sparhawk.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows H. O'Rourke as the owner of 7 Sparhawk and R. McCrohan, et al, as the owners of 9 Sparhawk.
