18-20 Rushmore Street

This three-story multi-family house was built in 1875 and converted to condos in 1998. Through at least 1925, this house was addressed as 18-20 Mount Vernon Avenue.

The 1925 City Directory lists Mary Birmingham as a resident of 18 Rushmore. John Connolly, a clerk, is listed as a resident of 20 Rushmore.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows the heirs of Horace Baxter as the owners of this house.
