This brick multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Thomas Connolly et al as the owners of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was rented for $85 a month by Abraham Lavine, a 33-year old wool merchant from New York. Abraham lived with his 29-year old wife Esther and their two sons: 4-year old Sydney and 2-year old Edward.
