This multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Thomas Connolly et al as the owners of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 this house was owned by Frank Shulman, a 27-year old ladies' gowns merchant from Maryland. Frank lived in 15 Rose Garden with his 25-year old wife Stella (born in Maryland) and their two children: 6-year old Philip and 4-year old Diana. The building was valued at $12,000.
