The 1925 City Directory lists Victor Dobrowolski, a waiter, as a resident of 7 Richardson. Fannie McInerney, the widow of John McInerney, is listed as a resident of 9 Richardson.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows V. and J. Dobrowolski as the owners of this house.
