The 1924 City Directory lists John Isaac, a carpenter; and Elma Isaac, a teacher, as residents of 32 Richardson.

The 1925 City Directory lists John Mattson, a clerk, as a resident of 30 Richardson; and John Isaac, a carpenter, as a resident of 32 Richardson.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows John Isaac as the owner of this house.
