- Michael Heally, a 50-year old automobile salesman. Michael lived with his 36-year old wife Elizabeth; 6-year old daughter Phyllis; 44-year old sister Phyllis Kapp, a chief operator for the telephone company; and 28-year old sister Caroline Winegard, a saleslady. The rent was $75 a month.
- C. Clifford Goldrich, a 26-year old salesman. He lived with his 24-year old wife Elizabeth and paid $50 a month in rent.
