This brick multi-family house was built in 1910 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Fred Pillsbury as the owner of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows M.E. Kelley as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was rented for $50 a month by John Russell, a 61-year old supervisor for the Boston & Maine Railroad who was born in New Hampshire. John lived with his 58-year old wife Nellie (born in New Hampshire) and their 23-year old son John Junior, an instructor at MIT.
