This multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Louis Lansky as the owner of the empty lot where this house was built. In 1930 part of this house was rented for $70 a month by Samuel Lapp, a 43-year old druggist from Russia. Samuel lived with his 41-year old Norwegian wife Violet and their two children: 12-year old Virginia and 6-year old Richard. Another part of this house was rented for $125 a month by Alfred Cook, a 43-year old restaurant owner from Russia. Alfred lived with his 43-year old Russian wife Sarah. |
