This brick multi-family house was built around 1925 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Mary Gardiner and J. Scott McLearn as the owners of the empty lot where this house was built.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $125 a month by Nathaniel Epstein, a 36-year old electrical salesman. Nathaniel lived with his 36-year old Russian wife Ann and their 10-year old son Milton. Another part of this house was rented for $125 a month by Saul Perlstein, a 32-year old clothing merchant. Saul lived with his 32-year old wife Victoria and their two children: 6-year old Laura and 1-year old Murray.
