The 1925 City Directory lists Abraham Gallishaw, a Boston police officer; Frederick Homan, a plumber; and Anthony Lombard, president of the Market Paper Box Company, as residents of 35 Portsmouth.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows A. Forti, et al, as the owners of a wood frame house that occupied this lot.
