The 1925 City Directory lists Theodore Dumas, a rubber worker; John Hurwitz; Peter Jocius, a laborer; and Ross Koocher, a pedler, as residents of 19 Portsmouth. John Crosby, a rubber worker, is listed as a resident of 21 Portsmouth.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows S. Dumbrouski as the owner of this house.
