This multi-family house was built in 1915 and rises three stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1916 Bromley Atlas shows Algott and Mary Svenson as the owners of this house.

The 1925 City Directory lists Waldo Goodwin, an estimator, as a resident of 67 Perthshire.

In 1930 this house was owned by Albert Swenson, a 38-year old architect. Albert lived in 69 Perthshire with his 69-year old Swedish mother Mary, 42-year old wife Ingeborg, and their 8-year old son Gordon. 67 Perthshire was rented for $55 a month by Max Standke, a 42-year old civil engineer from Germany. Max lived with his 36-year old Austrian wife Terese and his 30-year old brother William (born in Germany), tool maker in a machine shop. The building was valued at $14,000.
