This Colonial house was built in 1826 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. Through at least 1925 this house was addressed as 9 Parkland Street.

The 1925 City Directory lists Charles Mahoney, a laborer, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Elizabeth Mahoney as the owner of this house.
