This brick Colonial house was built in 1920 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. Through at least 1925 this house was addressed as 8 Parkland Street.

The 1925 City Directory lists Cornelius Sullivan, an ironworker, as a resident of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows C. and M. Sullivan as the owners of this house.
