This brick Colonial house was built in 1920 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. Through at least 1925 this house was addressed as 27 Parkland Street.

The 1925 City Directory lists William Clark, a laborer; and Lawrence Kelley, a garageman, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows B. and E. Melia as the owners of this house.
