This multi-family house was built in 1725 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof. Through at least 1925 this house was addressed as 15-17 Parkland Street.

The 1925 City Directory lists Myra Peck, a dressmaker, as a resident of 15 Peaceable. Patrick Burns, a chauffeur, is listed as a resident of 17 Peaceable.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Clara Zoller as the owner of this house.
