The 1925 City Directory lists James Cunningham; James Forbes, a chauffeur; John Kelly; and Patrick Monahan as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Robert Jones as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by William Murphy, a 58-year old lineman from Ireland. William lived with his 55-year old wife Irish Nora and their two children: 25-year old John, a taxi driver; and 23-year old Doris, a telephone operator. Part of this house was rented for $25 a month by Charles Murphy, a 30-year old taxi driver. Charles lived with his 23-year old wife Alice (born in New Jersey) and their two infant children: Charles and Dorothy. Another part of this house was rented for $32 a month by Agnes Carmichael, a 36-year old saleswoman in a linens shop. Agnes lived with her two sons: 18-year old Blaire and 16-year old Albert. The building was valued at $6,000.
