In 1930 this house was rented for $35 a month by Dennis Rouike, a 55-year old druggist. Dennis lived with his 48-year old wife Julia and their three children: 27-year old Mary, a public school teacher; 23-year old Mildred, a public school teacher; and 10-year old John.
