This multi-family house has been converted to condos. The 1925 City Directory lists Annie Perry, the widow of James Perry, as a resident of this house. The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Margaret O'Neil as the owner of this house. In 1930 this house was owned by Henry O'Neil, a 69-year old automobile painter. Henry lived with his 54-year old wife Margaret. Part of this house was rented for $45 a month by Annie Perry, a 64-year old widow from Rhode Island. Annie lived with her two children: 24-year old Roger, a bank teller; and 34-year old Ruth, a dietician. The building was valued at $6,000. |
