The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows J.L. Reardon as the owner of this house. The 1930 Census lists John Reardon, a 70-year old from Ireland, as the owner of this house. John lived with his 60-year old wife Hannah; 34-year old son John, an automobile salesman; 31-year old daughter Agnes, a speech teacher; 27-year old daughter Dorothy; 25-year old son Joseph, a carpenter; 23-year old daughter Helen, a clerk for an insurance company; and 10-year old granddaughter Elizabeth Minogue. The building was valued at $11,000. |
