The 1925 City Directory lists Daniel Coakley and Gael Coakley, treasurer of Federal Warehouse Incorporated, as residents of this house.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Jessie Coakley as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by Daniel Coakley, a 63-year old lawyer. Daniel lived with his 55-year old wife Jessie and their three children: 24-year old Daniel Junior, a clerk for the telephone company; 23-year old Timothy, a repairman; and 25-year old Jessie. The building was valued at $10,000.
