The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Lillian Woods as the owner of this house.

In 1930 this house was owned by 48-year old Lillian Woods. Lillian lived wih her 52-year old sister Kathryn, a public school teacher; and her 23-year old Irish maid Celia Daly. The building was valued at $8,000.
