This multi-family house was built in 1930 and rises two stories to an asphalt roof.

The 1925 Bromley Atlas shows Freelon Morris as the owner of the empty lot this house was built on.

In 1930 part of this house was rented for $60 a month by Henry Dinapoli, a 44-year old meat market manager from Italy. Henry lived in 42 Parsons with his 40-year old Italian wife Nelly and their three children: 19-year old Dante, 15-year old Mario, and 9-year old Marie. 44 Parsons was rented for $65 a month by Henry Norton, a 45-year old secretary for an elevated railway. Henry lived with his 42-year old wife Mary and their 8-year old son Henry Junior.
