The 1925 City Directory lists William Donahoe, a lawyer, as a resident of 209 Parsons. Catharine Driscoll, the widow of Michael Driscoll; Daniel Driscoll, a clerk; John Walsh, a meatcutter; and John Welch, a beef lugger, are listed as residents of 211 Parsons.
